Roles & Responsibilities

**1. Role Description**:

- Marketing of Security Businesses
- Sales of Security Services & Products
- Manage New & Existing Accounts
- Reporting
**2. Specific Responsibilities**:

- Develop marketing plan and follow marketing schedules to reach out to potential clients by market segment
- Prepare marketing materials including digital media, for potential markets
- Prepare presentation materials for potential clients
- Arrange for meeting with potential clients to make introductory presentations and understand their requirements
- Follow up with potential clients to present our proposals and close deals
- Responsible for responding to any sales inquiries and provide quotation
- Responsible for preparing and negotiating the commercial contract with clients
- Engage with clients to ensure operational success
- Maintain close relationship with clients to capture future expansional requirements
- Prepare regular marketing reports for Marketing Manager
- Prepare regular sales reports for Business Review Meetings
- Prepare regular client account reports for Business Review Meetings
**3. Competencies**:

- Participate in developing marketing plan including strategies, processes and goals
- Conduct sales presentations leading to the closing of deals
- Administration of contracts and management of client accounts
- Report writing
**4. Duration of Traineeship**:

- 6 months contract with the possibility to convert full-time after the contract term ends.
- 5 days work week
**5. Approved Training Allowance**:

- Fresh Graduates - $2500 per month
- Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2500 per month
- Mature Mid-Career individuals - $3200 per month
**6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship**:
Degree or higher
