Singapore ADVANCE CLEANING PTE. LTD. Full time

We are a cleaning company focusing on contract cleaning such as Town Councils, schools, Hawker centres and restaurants.

We are looking for a cleaning operations executive to oversees and manage various aspects of cleaning operations. Responsibilities can include:

- **Supervising Cleaning Staff**: Responsible for supervising cleaning staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance evaluations.
- **Ensuring Quality Standards**: Ensure that cleaning services meet established quality standards and client expectations. This includes conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Managing Equipment and Supplies**: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and use of cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- **Developing Cleaning Procedures**: Develop and implement cleaning procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure effective and safe cleaning practices.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**: Participate in budget planning and control costs related to cleaning operations, such as labor, supplies, and equipment.
- **Client Relations**: Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- **Compliance and Regulation**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and analyze data related to cleaning operations to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Prior experience in the cleaning industry is preferred.
