As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify their business needs, develop strategic solutions, and drive sales performance. Your expertise will help businesses enhance their sales processes, improve customer engagement, and achieve their revenue goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to assess their business objectives and sales processes.
- Develop tailored sales strategies and solutions that align with client goals, including market analysis and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
- Attend training sessions and meetings with sales team to enhance skills and performance.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on findings, strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or in any related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
