Responsibilities:

- Procurement of all technical supplies (Deck, Engine, Others) for the vessel (s).
- Procurement of all ship provisions.
- Ensuring the prompt & accurate processing of purchase requisitions.
- Negotiating with suppliers for better terms, conditions and prices.
- Liaise closely with customer, warehouse, supplier to arrange on-time delivery.
- Arrange for goods returned (if any) to suppliers promptly.
- Co-ordinate with Warehouse on stock requisitions, prepare orders.
- Close all invoices in a timely manner for both suppliers / customers and submit to Finance Department.
- Provide direct customer service and maintain a good relationship
- Ensure that the company's policies & SOPs are compiled with at all times.
- Handles any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Utmost integrity and honesty.
- Relevant experience in ship chandler industry is an advantage.
'O' level/Diploma
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Effective communication/negotiation skills
- Computer literate with MS Office, Excellent MS Office skills (Excel) knowledge.
- Is a good team player and able to work with demanding people.
- Highly motivated, structured and quality driven individual who in parallel possess strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Salary commensurate with work experience and capabilities
- 5.5 day work week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
