**About the Company**

Our Client is a well-established distributor of processed meats and spices with an international presence. Serving a wide range of industries, our Client has established itself as a global leader in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for meticulous and organized Purchasing Executive to support our Client’s purchasing and inventory planning.
- Ensure that inventory is well maintained and in an optimal state;
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations;
- Lead periodic inventory checks ensuring that data is accurate;
- Engage with internal teams in the warehouse for discrepancies and subsequent remedial action;
- Prepare periodic reports for clearance and management review;
- Update internal systems with details of product damage, issuance, etc.;
- Engage in annual stock-take exercise;
- Oversee shipment timetables, ensuring that shipments are arriving and departing in a timely manner;
- Provide updates to Sales and Customer Service teams on state of shipments;

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience in SAP;
- Highly organised, motivated and proactive;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
