As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to optimize our business performance, drive profitability, and elevate our brand and product presence in the market.

As the Director of Operations, you will be the driving force behind ZZL’s operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability, and growth. You will lead cross-functional teams, refine operational processes, and implement scalable solutions to enhance productivity, sales, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Profitability & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
- Sales & Market Expansion: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Brand Visibility: Spearhead initiatives to strengthen ZZL’s market positioning, thought leadership, and competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, implement scalable systems, and leverage technology to enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with leadership, investors, and partners to align operations with long-term business objectives.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in an operational leadership role, preferably in AI, software development, or deep tech industries.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Leadership: Exceptional people management skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
