**About the team**:
The Marketing team at Airwallex drives brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative and strategic campaigns. We work to communicate the value of our financial solutions, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones. **What you’ll do**:
We’re looking for an ambitious Performance Marketer with expertise in online marketing to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about scaling customer acquisition, managing cross-channel campaigns, and driving measurable impact. With a focus on Always On campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) advertising, and managing brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels, you’ll play a key role in our next phase of growth.
This role is based in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**:
- Campaign Management: Lead always on performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- ABM Advertising: Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target customers
- Brand Campaigns: Manage end-to-end brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels, driving awareness and engagement.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and refine targeting strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing, analytics, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, making data-backed recommendations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed campaign reports, highlighting performance, insights, and actionable improvements
- Agency Management: Partner with media and creative agencies to ensure timely, high-quality campaign and creative delivery aligned with performance marketing objectives.
- Testing & Experimentation: Run A/B tests across creatives, targeting, and messaging to drive continuous improvement
**Who you are**:
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
**Minimum qualifications**:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing global paid media campaigns
- Expertise in ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6Sense, Zoominfo etc.), and executing large-scale B2B campaigns
- Proven ability to manage brand campaigns across both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Strong understanding of data analytics, conversion optimization, and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams across geographies to align on campaign goals and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in scaling a global growth marketing function in a B2B or fintech environment especially in EMEA and AMER
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Looker and Contentful
- Strong background in CRO and growth experimentation
- Experience managing projects across product and marketing teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
