Account Opening Specialist - Experiencing High volume for corporate account opening at the moment ?

Call the customer and do the KYC of the customer.

If no KYC experience then Customer handling experience phone or face to face is a must

Time management skills, Work independently & Very good Data entry skills is a must

No Training. Its on the job learning

Deal mainly SME customers who are mandarin speaking.

Time : 8 30 to 6 mon
- fri.

Only mandarin preferred.

Location : China town dbs office

1) Onboarding of Corporate Accounts for local and foreign companies

2) Independent handling of customers

3) Ensure the relevance and completeness of KYC information and perform appropriate due diligence checks and information searches in accordance to Bank’s AML/KYC standards and regulatory requirements

4) Active Cross Sell/Up Sell of bank’s existing and new products that are introduced from time to time to strengthen our relationship with customers. (Includes contactless payment, merchant services, Banca, CASA product)

5) Follow up handling on client onboardin

**Salary**: Up to $3,000.00 per month
