Roles & Responsibilities About Us The O&G Specialist Clinic is a leading women’s health and fertility clinic in Singapore, known for our patient-centred, evidence-based approach to care. Our experienced team, led by seasoned specialists, provides compassionate support across every stage of a woman’s reproductive journey — from general gynaecology to IVF, egg freezing, and pregnancy care. As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we are looking for a Marketing Lead who is passionate about fertility and women’s health to spearhead our expansion efforts. Your Role This is a hands-on, execution-driven position ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, thrives on bringing ideas to life, and wants to make a real impact. You will work directly with the CFO to roll out and refine marketing strategies that increase awareness, drive patient engagement, and build our brand presence across both online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies. Plan and manage patient outreach campaigns. Collaborate with clinical teams to translate medical expertise into accessible, engaging content. Monitor campaign performance and optimise for growth and ROI. Build brand identity and voice across platforms. Identify partnership opportunities to promote fertility awareness in Singapore and beyond. What We’re Looking For Deep curiosity / interest in fertility, IVF, egg freezing, and women’s health. Self-starter, strategic thinker, and capable executor — willing to roll up your sleeves. Comfortable working in a lean, agile team environment. Open to fresh graduates without experience.
