**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods both locally and internationally.
- Communicate daily with Chinese speaking suppliers, freight forwarders, and agents to arrange and confirm shipping schedules, documentation, and delivery timelines.
- Work with Freight Forwarders to obtain the necessary import permits and ensure all required documents are in place.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, commercial invoices, and bills of lading.
- Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery and manage any issues or delays proactively.
- Liaise with internal teams such as procurement, sales, and warehouse to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Manage daily tasks and any ad-hoc matters assigned by internal China Operations team.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in shipping operations or logistics coordination, preferably with exposure to international shipments involving China.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English to effectively communicate with China-based stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, incoterms, and customs clearance procedures.
