**Export Control & APAC Sanctions, Business Partner
**Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies and programs for export control and sanctions compliance across the APAC region.
- Perform thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities within the organization.
- Work closely with departments such as legal, sales, logistics, and engineering to ensure adherence to export control and sanctions regulations.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on export control and sanctions issues to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Lead international projects related to export control and sanctions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions on export control and sanctions compliance for employees at all organizational levels.
- Monitor changes in export control and sanctions laws and regulations, evaluating their impact on the organization's operations.

**Requirement.
- Minimum University degree in International Trade, Law, Administration, Economics or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in export control and sanctions roles ideally within relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of APAC region’s export control laws and international sanctions regimes.
- Knowledge in compliance programs and projects.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and performing internal audits.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and consensus-building skills.
