Job Description Summary: We are looking for a driven and analytical intern to support PayPal’s SMB Commercial team in executing strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and cross-functional projects across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting data, strategy, and execution to drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with the regional SMB commercial and account management teams, supporting data analysis, reporting, and project execution to enable business growth across SMB segments. This internship offers hands-on exposure to fintech, payments, and commercial strategy in a fast-paced regional environment.

**Job Description**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Support **end-to-end GTM project management**, including planning, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Conduct **market, product, and merchant analysis** to identify commercial opportunities or performance gaps.
- **Prepare insights and reports** to support decision-making and track business performance
- ** Identify trends, correlations, and patterns** in data to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics) to drive execution and resolve roadblocks.
- Assist in documenting **processes, project trackers, and performance reports** for visibility and accountability
- Provide **ad-hoc strategic and operational support** on key commercial initiatives across the region.
