Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Direct manager of BU leads for all AMEA BUs; directly managing approximately $450 million USD in investment- Develop and deploy a strategic approach to monitoring and tracking MDLZ investment.- Ensure effective integration into strategic and operational business planning and reviews at BU and global level (AC Council, Regular CMO Connects)- Drive media cost advantage and total value creation through strategic deployment of MDLZ clout and evolution of our channel and partner mix- Drive evolution of MDLZ media mix to ensure that we are keeping pace with pivots in consumer behavior and media consumption- Work with our agency partners to optimize our media cost position and deliver annual ZBB targets; historic delivery has been $20M, $50M and $35M the past three years- Drive accelerated investment in eCommerce and retail media to achieve core elements of MDLZ SP and Vision 2030- Primary global point of contact for media procurement leadership
**Requirements**:
- 15 or more years in leadership roles in the media function in the industry- 10+ years in leadership roles in media, ideally with a well-rounded exposure to planning, digital and investment- Experience working with complex markets, different cultures, agency partners and senior stakeholders- Experience of International Media Investment and Savings monitoring- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and bias to proactivity- Track record of independent management of regional or global initiatives- Experiencing leading and/or managing large agency teams- Strong digital media competency developed through management of digitally forward clients, brands or BUs- High level of competency in programmatic and social media, which is primary media channels for MDLZ
