Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively manage, train and develop the service desk team
- Ensure that all processes and standards used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited and regularly improved
- Promoting the service desk with the senior management and clients and working to ensure that it is seen as a core business function
- Coordinating and managing all relevant stakeholders including various support teams (EUC, Infra, AMS, CSS etc.), management and clients that are involved in service desk operations
- Proactively manage cost related to the running of service desk
**Requirements**:
- 8-10 years of Service Desk Manager background with the experience in a fast pace environment.
- ITIL, project management, Team management, Systems Thinking
