Singapore NAC National Arts Council Full time

This role will contribute to advancing the international presence and partnerships of the National Arts Council of Singapore. This position requires a strategic and diplomatic approach to foster relationships with international arts organisations, governments, and cultural institutions. The incumbent will be part of the team of International Relations specialists to achieve the Council's international objectives and will need to coordinate, communicate, and work closely with key government agencies, ministries, statutory boards, foreign embassies, agencies, as well as internal departments and functional units within NAC. This role will report to the Senior Manager for Strategic Partnerships & Engagement.

**What you'll be working on**
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the international profile of Singapore arts and culture
- Support the cultivation and maintenance of relationships with international partners to facilitate collaborations, exchanges, and joint initiatives
- Assist in the coordination and execution of international engagement activities, including organising memorandum of understanding agreement events, courtesy calls, and other events and programs
- Collate data for administrative and cultural briefs, managing NAC travel calendar and presentations, coordinating request-for-information items, processing internal payment requests, tracking and administering international commissions and partnerships
- Collaborate with key government agencies, ministries, and statutory boards to align international engagement efforts with national priorities and initiatives
- Support the establishment and maintenance of relationships with foreign embassies and agencies to facilitate cultural exchanges and collaborations

**What we are looking for**
- Degree, preferably in the Arts and Social Sciences
- Experience in managing international partnerships / agreements and projects within the arts and culture sector would be advantageous
- Analytical and global thinking skills, innovation, strategic thinking
- Good project management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- An interest in the arts and a basic understanding of Singapore's cultural landscape
