Singapore Control Risks Full time

**Job Purpose**:
This role will be responsible for project managing and delivering data-led audit work within the data analytics practice across Asia-Pacific and globally if required.
In co-operation with Regional Management, the role will support the delivery of DA strategy by leading engagements and producing top quality deliverables that meet client objectives and mentoring junior team members.

**Tasks & Responsibilities:
**Data Analytics**
- Take responsibility for consistent, innovative client outcomes. Manage the work of the technical analytics team, providing feedback and review on deliverables.
- Support and mentor the team to learn and grow.
- Take a hands-on role to develop innovative solutions on client engagements, co-ordination with the development team and best practices on project management

**Business development**
- Collaborate with regional colleagues to promote and champion data analytics solutions
- Support the cultivation of client relationships and accounts across projects.
- Actively participate in business development resources and colleagues including leading meetings, drafting proposals, proving data analytic capabilities and creating cost estimates to win new work.

**Management**
- Provide management and administrative support to select client relationships.
- Support team finance management, invoice production and approvals, and managing TDOs, project WIP, and forecasting.
- Support team work assignment process and report on project progress

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge and experience**:
**Essential**
- 7+ years working a consulting environment, with an emphasis on forensics and/or compliance
- 3+ years internal or external audit experience
- Project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple, complex projects across a spectrum of industries
- Proven experience at managing client expectations and providing relevant solutions throughout the project lifecycle

**Preferable**
- Familiarity with visualisation software such as PowerBI or Tableau

**Qualifications and skills**:
**Essential**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Fraud Examiner and/or qualified auditor
- Demonstrate strong organisational and project management skills
- Commitment to conducting ethical business
- Ability to travel when requested
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences of varying degrees of expertise

**Preferable**
- Exhibits strong judgment, business acumen, and is commercially focused; must live by corporate values and demonstrate strong commitment to Control Risks as a brand.
- Proven ability to conduct training in a professional environment
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team of professionals through empowerment, coaching and motivation
- Additional certification in relevant tools and/or technologies
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while effectively juggling competing demands, prioritise appropriately, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
