Job Description Summary: PayPal’s Cyber & Information Security (PCIS) team is looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support the Office of the CISO (OCISO) team. Our team is focused on enabling the PCIS organization by driving strategic alignment, fostering excellence in planning and process, and enhancing employee engagement. The Business Operations Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of PCIS Business Operations and will support a variety of workstreams.

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the OCISO domains, including Business Operations, Communications & Awareness, and Training & Development
- Assist with planning and coordination of operating cadences and other engagement initiatives, while leading efforts in the APAC region
- Manage communications intake and calendar
- Help to coordinate executive presentations
- Support OKR and KPI reporting
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Participate and/or lead special projects as needed

**Qualifications**
- 0-1 year of experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Possess a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work effectively with all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
- High delivery focus with an emphasis on task ownership and quality completion
