**Job Description**:
As an Application Support Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers on IT and Business Application related questions for our solutions.

What you will do:

- Process and solve cases incidents and service requests in a timely and qualitative way;
- Actively guide associates in the Team
- Be proactive in highlighting potential escalation risks with your Team Leader and coordinate any additional resource requirements/departments to assist with investigations;
- Handle customer escalations, taking ownership of complicated issues and keeping customers updated on progress at all times.

- ICT related Bachelor level of knowledge;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar working capacity
- Applicant must be residing in Singapore
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies, workplace processes and IT infrastructure;
- Strong analytical skills and out of the box thinking.
- Must be resourceful and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline;
- Knowledge or experience with budgeting and forecasting is an advantage;
- Previous experience of working with Corporate Performance Management software or any related business software is an advantage;
- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment is an advantage
- Knowledge in HR and Payroll systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL Database and Queries will be an advantage only but not a requirement
