This role provides great exposure to the business, and the opportunity to take part in product development/implementation, training and support. **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Experience in C# development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Relational database - Able to implement solutions while considering performance and maintainability of the code - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical field - Good written and oral communication skills - Critical thinker and problem solver - Experience working in an agile software development environment **How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
