**Job Description**:

- Provide Pre-Sales and After Sales Supports on the Products developed by the Company
- Provide Good Support and Training to Customers on the usage of Application Systems developed and Implemented by the Company
- Provide Support and act as an Associate Consultant for the Implementation of Application Software System to new Customers.
- Provide 1st line technical support, diagnosis of the problem reported by customer and fix issues if possible. Otherwise file Problem issues ticket with detailed descriptions for bugs fixing by developer.
- Support team members in the continuous effort to enhance and upgrade existing Applications to support changes in the business environment
- Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management
- Report on the progress of goals and objectives
- Monitor performance progress with management

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma,Higher NITEC or equivalent in Finance, Information technology, Computer Studies
- Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to problems originating from customers
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in Financial Accounting, MS.net or SQL environment an added advantage
