**About this role**:
The Registration Management Support Specialist works closely with the lines of business users (including overseas offices) to support day to day operations of the registration system (GEVME). The support may include minor enhancements and customizations. This role reports to the Head of the Offshore Digital and Technology Team within the Digital and Technology Office (DTO). The DTO is tasked with digital transformation of the business.

**In this role, you will**:

- Play the role of User Super Admin for the GEVME registration system which includes set up, management and offboarding of users based on user access and privileges based on Constellar IAM policy
- L1 support - Perform investigation/troubleshooting/debugging of reported problems/issues
- L1 resolution - Execute bug fixes and enhancements per tickets raised in Helpdesk system
- Master the complete Event Cloud Platform to work on client queries/issues
- Manage GEVME (Principal) and coordinate L2 issues
- Production Change Request implementation support / User live verification coordination.
- Training and demonstration of product to ensure clients can effectively utilize the platform
- Provide remote support over phone on an 8x5 support model. User will have access to TeamViewer remote desktop tool to resolve issues.
- Experience with Alteryx for data analytics will be an advantage

**To help you succeed in this role, you should have**:

- Diploma/Bachelor in Business Management or Information Technology
- Self-motivated, takes initiative, can effectively organize, multi-task, and prioritize a wide array of initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good experience in handling customers in support environment
- Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
- High comfort level in using online software products
- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
