**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Summary**:
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Update and maintain accuracy of the tracking sheet
- Bring the documents for approval by appointed SIA staff
- Prepare monthly summary report for management review
- Review and streamline HR administrative work process to improve efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Positive attitude, keen interest towards learning and open to change
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous
- Basic Microsoft skills
- Able to work independently with various stakeholders
- Customer service oriented and enjoy interacting with people from all levels
- Ability to commence work within short notice will be an added advantage
