**Job Summary**

The primary responsibility of this role is the planning and delivery of the Change Management activities across the key allocated projects, working with the Sponsors, Project Managers, SMEs, and impacted teams to plan and implement change activities to drive successful project outcomes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Complete core change management activities included stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and change management plans.
- Ensure change management plans are clearly documented, approved, and embedded across the projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the sponsor, business lead and project teams, ensuring change management activities are understood and integrated into project plans.
- Develop strategies to ensure impacted teams are brought through the ADKAR journey.
- Track business readiness progress.
- Track and report on change adoption status at relevant forums.
- Contribute to the standardisation and operationalisation of consistent change management practices by:

- Ensure alignment with APAC & global change management teams on change processes and methodologies, including use of PROSCI.
- Identify and plan for any anticipated resistance and support the business in implementing resistance management.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Support the building and maturing of Change Management capability.
- Build relationship with Marketing team to support change impacting external parties ie brokers.
- Perform related duties as assigned or requested by reporting manager.
- Conduct work to a consistent high standard with a range of business areas; produce output to timescales, formats and standards as agreed with the manager.
- Demonstrate behaviour at all times in line with the company's core values.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory and corporate affairs requirements on a timely basis.
- Take responsibility and showing initiative in the development of your technical and soft skills.
- Continue to seek improvement of self by the continuous improvement of practices and processes.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Experience and knowledge of implementing change management principles, methodologies, and tools across multiple projects.
- Experience developing and driving the successful delivery of change plans.
- Experience in driving cultural/ behavioural change amongst diverse groups of people and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills with a good level of negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
- Experience of being the delivery change manager on multiple projects
- Experience with project management approaches (Agile / Waterfall), tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- A passion for driving operational and cultural change with a specific focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and results oriented approach.
- A recognised change management qualification, PROSCI Change Practitioner preferred.
- Degree in related discipline (business, commerce, HR, psychology)
- Significant experience in a corporate environment including Financial Services
