We are looking for a Sales Executive (or Benefits Specialist, as we’d call you around here) to join our Sales team to automate and scale to the next level.

what you'll own:

- Work together with the marketing team to implement sales strategy as the business delivers new platform features or makes improvements to existing products.
- Utilizing Hubspot, complete a full sales cycle, close new business, and produce sales operational data.
- Determine customer requirements and communicate them to the product development team.
- Partner with the customer success team to guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new customers.
- Position the value of Mednefits’s platform and the Employee Benefits methodology to businesses.

what you'll need:

- Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS/Software.
- Experienced in using Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus.
- A brief understanding of the current employee benefits landscape in Singapore.
- Team player, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Process-driven and improvement focused.
