**What the role is**
- The Human Capital team in PSD formulates and implements human capital policies and initiatives for PSD. We strive to build and foster a high performing and engaged workforce to ensure that PSD has the capability and capacity to deliver on its organisational mission and strategic goals. We are looking for a Senior Executive/ Manager (Performance, Leadership & Talent).
**What you will be working on**
- As Senior Executive/ Manager (Performance, Leadership & Talent) in PSD, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership to initiate and drive progressive performance and talent management practices in PSD to build a high performing and engaged workforce with good people management practices. You will work on: [Performance Management] - Designing and implementing initiatives to strengthen the performance management culture in PSD - Managing the full spectrum of performance-related functions and ensure a robust competency-based performance management system that recognises and rewards officers fairly. This includes the end-to-end conduct of the annual appraisal and ranking exercise, and the administration of the compensation and rewards system. [Talent Management] - Shaping and advising PSD’s Leadership and Talent Management Committee on talent management and succession planning strategies and approach to support a high performing workforce. This includes developing and implementing progressive and innovative initiatives to identify, groom, engage and retain the talent pool.
