Saltmine is a B2B SaaS technology company rebuilding the $300B workplace design industry from the ground up. We combine modern technology with deep industry expertise to transform the process of workplace strategy to programming to design & costing. We are rapidly adding clients in Asia Pacific and looking for talented professionals to join our team in Singapore. This will be the first Customer Success Manager (CSM) role in Asia Pacific, so the right person needs to be hungry, focused, and willing to tackle whatever comes at us as we build the company. We’re currently seeking a tenured, client facing, dynamic professional who will own all client relationships in Singapore and potentially other parts of Asia Pacific as well.

**Role**

As a CSM, you will be responsible to enable customers to make the best use of Saltmine, while ensuring;
- Improved customer satisfaction, increased customer engagement and facilitation of organic growth
- Customer retention and identification of customer issues requiring immediate escalation to ensure reduced possibility of churn
- Strategy-driven improvement of customer NPS
- Customers are happy to provide testimonials, case studies and referrals

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ongoing Account Management_
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers across multiple levels of seniority, such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer's business case and business strategy
- Lead and manage customer kickoff, implementation and quarterly business reviews
- Analyze customer’s usage metrics, communicate impact within customer teams and gauge satisfaction to create referenceable customers
- Drive client-facing change management efforts and provide product feedback to roadmap team and work to prioritize features for upcoming releases
- Provide ongoing customer support on an as-needed basis and escalate at-risk customers appropriately
- Collaborate with sales teams for driving renewal discussions and actively identifying new sales opportunities
- Pre-Sales_
- Support business development team in production of any customized demos and other client-engagement needs

- Organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize in terms of urgency and impact
- Convey confidence and be comfortable as the primary interface for customer relationships
- Strong communication skills and business aptitude
- Team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to product adoption and customer churn mitigation

**Skills + Experience**
- Ownership and accountability for strategic client relationships
- 5-10 years in customer success/sales/project management in SaaS technology company
- Experience with SaaS Applications (selling, servicing or as a user) is mandatory
