**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Engagement**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team.
- Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Translate client needs into technical specifications and deliverables.

2. **Architectural Design**:

- Design and implement scalable AEM solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure the overall system architecture is robust, secure, and meets performance goals.

3. **Technical Leadership**:

- Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them in the implementation of AEM solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest AEM developments and recommend updates or enhancements to the system.

4. **Customization and Development**:

- Develop and implement custom AEM components, templates, and workflows as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementation.

5. **Documentation and Training**:

- Create and maintain technical documentation for AEM solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for development teams and clients on AEM best practices and usage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AEM Architect, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
- Solid understanding of AEM architecture, including core components, templates, and workflows.
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, and other web development technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Adobe certification in AEM is highly desirable.
