You will advise senior stakeholders, craft pragmatic architectures, and guide teams across the full stack to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape digital and AI roadmaps. Translate business goals into executable architectures, phasing, and adoption plans. Own end‑to‑end architecture for CMS/DXP (AEM first), API platforms, and AI‑powered solutions. Define reference architectures, integration patterns, SLAs/SLOs, NFRs (scalability, security, performance, resilience). Lead solution handover and provide oversight through discovery, build, test, and go‑live. AI‑Powered Innovation Integrate AI services, vectors, and guardrails into CMS/API workflows with measurable outcomes. Co‑lead opportunity shaping with business units; run discovery, estimations, and solution workshops. Produce solution narratives, diagrams, BOMs/TCOs, and risk/assumption logs to increase win rates. Contribute thought leadership, accelerators, and reusable assets. Mandatory Skills (Must‑Have) Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): architecture, headless/hybrid, content models, dispatcher/CDN, security. API Management: design & governance, security (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT), traffic mgmt, analytics; exposure to Tyk (preferred) and familiarity with Kong/Apigee or similar. Cloud Solutioning: hands‑on architecture on AWS / Azure / GCP (landing zones, networking, IAM, observability). Applied AI: practical integration of AI services/agents (prompt flows, orchestration, evaluation, safety). Preferred Skills (Good‑to‑Have) Magnolia CMS implementation/architecture. API developer portals & analytics, productization, monetization models. Containers/K8s, CI/CD, Infra‑as‑Code (Terraform), observability (logs/metrics/traces). Security & compliance (OWASP, CIS, MAS TRM/IM8 concepts). Performance engineering and cost optimization. Technical Breadth Data/Integration: messaging (Kafka), ETL/ELT basics for experience/data stitching. Experience & Qualifications 8–12+ years in software/solution engineering, with 4+ years in architecture or principal engineering roles. Proven presales experience: discovery, solutioning, sizing, and proposal defense. Track record delivering enterprise solutions at scale (high availability, security, multi‑env CI/CD). Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience). Relevant certifications (AEM Architect, Azure/AWS Architect, API mgmt) are a plus. Soft Skills Executive‑grade communication and storytelling; crisp diagrams and collateral. Ability to simplify complex topics and drive consensus across business, security, and engineering. Collaborative leadership; coaches teams and elevates delivery quality.
