P**Position Description (Responsibilities)**
- Key support role between the company’s daily operation and customers' need.
- Validate and manage the SMS broadcast requests through data entry by inputting the configurations and components into the system.
- Posses good customer service and communication with the customer
- Handle arising technical or sms escalations daily.
- Other responsibilities include mobile app testing and all other initiatives within the job requirement assigned by manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma holder
- Have working experience in general clerical/administrative duties/data entry/customer service related work.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Meticulous and able to learn fast.
- Microsoft Office and MacOS environment
- Training on the job
- Able to start immediate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
