Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations
Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource functions
Administer employee benefits - Medical/Insurance Claims for workers
Administer employees’ probation processes and prepare confirmation letters
Maintain employee files and database
Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes

**Requirements**:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experiences preferably in Construction or Process industries
Broad knowledge of HR practice and employment related legislations
Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage employees’ relations
Fluent written and spoken English

Diploma/ Advance Diploma
