HR Senior Executive

Job Description:
- Full HR Spectrum (Recruitment & Selection, Manpower & Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Payroll)
- Responsible in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business goals
- Assist in recruitment drive
- Resolving staff conflicts and improve staff engagement
- Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, government bodies as & when required
- To review Compensation & Benefits policy, explore and identify benefits programmes and pay plans that will help the firm to stay competitive and drive attraction and retention rates
- Ensure compliance to Employment Act legislation changes and update policies, and reporting requirements by various government authorities
- Prepare monthly HR analysis report in timely and accurate manner
- Support the annual HR activities such as year-end processing of IR8A, carrying off of eligible leave entitlements Performance Management Review etc
Job Requirements:
- Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant HR experience & familiar with Talenox payroll System
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Excellent people management skills and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skill
- Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and work ethics
- Highly positive and motivated
