Senior Executive (HR Shared Services)

In this role you will:

- Manage the pre-on boarding, on boarding, movement and off boarding life cycle activities of employees and interns
- Manage shared services programs such as employee's medical, insurance, benefits and welfare, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Manage outsourced vendors on their service delivery pertaining to policy changes, process, data, system, and employee's enquiries matters
- Participate in shared services process improvement / digital transformation / system enhancement projects
- Maintain proper employee's data records in the HR systems to ensure data integrity

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 1-2 years of experience in a HR operational / shared services role
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- IT savvy and familiar with digital solutions / tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous with strong planning and follow-up skills to manage competing work demands
- Good knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
