Client Administration Officer

Undertakes in an autonomous manner, and, where required, under supervision, all functions associated with the administration of trusts, companies and entities of various types forming part of the core offer of the company in the area of wealth structuring entities (the “ **Entities **”).
- Ensures timely delivery of services throughout the lifecycle of these Entities, from establishment or incorporation to winding up or termination.
- Guarantees that the requisite client documentation is readily available at all times and is in compliance with the provisions of client due diligence (“ **CDD **”), as prescribed by law, directives and regulations, including, but not limited to, AML-CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism) or in accordance with the CDD guidelines of the company.
- Ensures that all legal and beneficial ownership charts are held on the basis of the latest available information.
- Handles the preparation of submissions to the Client Acceptance Committee (“ **CAC **”) and the Client Review Committee (“ **CRC **”).
- Engages in all upstream and downstream work in respect of the drafting of resolutions and minutes pertinent to the Entities.
- Prepares all transactions to be consummated pursuant to requests, directions or instructions received from the clients of the company.
- Participates actively in the opening of bank accounts and the handling of bank transactions.
- Records transactions within the ambit of preparation of financial accounts for the Entities.
- Completes documentation pertinent to investments of various types.
- Monitors under guidance the investment portfolios.
- Handles correspondence in an autonomous manner.
- Liaises under supervision with external service providers.
- Guarantees the integrity of the client database.
- Ensures proper filing and record-keeping.
