My client is currently hiring for a Group Head of Corporate Communications to lead the group corporate communications initiatives. This position requires the incumbent to be a strategic and functional leader and advise the key Leadership on the various communications strategies and media relations for the enlarged group. He/She will be responsible for developing and strengthening the corporate communications strategy globally and be able to plan, execute and deliver high quality communications outcome across all channels.

This role will oversee all aspects of corporate communications including internal and external communication, corporate branding, media relations, issues/crisis communications as well as event management.

**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- Lead an integrated regional Corporate Communications team to implement group communications strategy to strengthen company profile, reputation and branding.
- Develop and execute group-wide strategic external and internal corporate communications plans, executive visibility programmes.
- Advise and work closely with internal senior stakeholders across the globe to maintain relationship with key external financial and business media stakeholders.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and collaborate with relevant departments on issues /crisis communications in a proactive and timely manner.
- Support and lead a team to execute key corporate communication initiatives, media relations and management, press event management, support employee communications, digital and social content management as well as corporate branding.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Have a substantial number of years in a similar management role
- Previous exposure in public relations and/or journalism is preferred with strong experience in media relations.
- Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is a prerequisite for corporate, external publications and internal communications.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Highly adaptable to work effectively in a very fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience in a global MNCs organization and PR agency experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding and network in media and communication fields in the APAC, Europe, and the U.S.
