Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

The student, as part of Corporate Real Estate team, will undertake real estate related projects such as expansions, renewals, consolidations in the APAC region.

In your new role you will:

- Assist in the **analysis of commercial real estate projects **and contract negotiations
- Participate with **ongoing real estate projects and strategic space planning**:

- **Participate in market research **and data analysis
- Maintain and u **pdate the region's real estate database**:

- **Provide administrative support **to the CRE team and ensure compliance with all SOPs, regulations, and other applicable standards

Learning outcomes:

- Understanding how **corporate real estate works in an MNC**:

- **Learn about workspace management **, space planning, contract negotiation, and market analysis
- Hands on project management skills
- **Collaborate with various stakeholders **/disciplines with different disciplines across region and globally

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- On track to attain relevant **Bachelor or Masters for Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field**
- **Passionate in real estate **and well versed in industry trends
- **Have problem solving skills **and follow through project-based work
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Dedicated self starter
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
