**Your new company**

You will be joining this established Property company in Singapore which hold a large portfolio of property assets in office, residential and retail businesses. Their properties span across the Asia region.

**Your new role**
- Work closely with stakeholders on Facilities Management, Project Management, Security Management and Leasing to support and manage the company's real estate needs
- Partners with stakeholders across the business to develop overall real estate and related strategy for the organization
- Prepares operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure, operating expenditure and other resources in relation to the organization's requirement

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, or a related field preferred, with sufficient experience to provide strong leadership
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in corporate real estate management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
