Minimum of 7+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar field/capacity.
- Experience in South-East Asian entertainment and the territory’s content acquisitions business.
- Well-versed in VOD content delivery requirements and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with regional and international post-houses and asset vendors.
- Background in program or project management/accounting.
- Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL).
- Experience with Kaizen and Six Sigma processes
- Expert level MS Excel skills.

Key job responsibilities
- Optimize the end-to-end deal workflows for Prime Video in Southeast Asia.
- Oversee every stage of material delivery and launch preparation with internal and external partners.
- Investigate and troubleshoot where there are issues impacting launch timelines.
- Manage title schedules and communicate title progress to stakeholders.
- Respond to partner payment inquiries, working with accounts payable to resolve.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive process improvements.
- Educate peers and management on processes and expectations to meet production goals and objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles and develop process that drives scale.
- Adept at working with different systems and making recommendations on improvements for both systems and processes.
- Leveraging technology to invent, improve, and scale.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload.
- High attention to detail, comfortable with hands-on management of tasks.
