**What are we looking for?**
We are looking to hire a Head of Private Client for our growing and dynamic Private Client team, someone who is a People Manager and passionate about providing the best customer service and sales support and is able to lead and mentor an enthusiastic team of 12 comprising of sales, hybrid and servicing managers. **About the Role**
This is an amazing opportunity for a high-calibre leader to join us as Head of Private Client. Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the Executive team. Your key focus will be to manage and run your team to achieve the renewal retention goals in the hybrid and servicing teams and the new business targets in the Sales team across all Private Client lines of business (Medical, Life and Home & Lifestyle).
To achieve the new business targets, you and your team will be expected to advise the individual and families in Singapore, on the right insurance policy, analyse and negotiate proposals with insurers and deliver the best solution and outcome for them. Your objectives will be to grow our Private Client portfolio and achieve your annual KPI targets while carrying on the values of Expat Insurance.

**Key Areas of Responsibility & Focus**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Insurers/Partners.
- Manage and allocate monthly case load of insurance renewals and new business lead within the team.
- Mentor and support PC team leaders and Sales team.
- Lead/conduct regular PC Servicing meetings and Sales meetings, Forum meetings, and individual catchups with all the 6 direct reports.
- Responsible for keeping the CEO informed on market and/or team updates.
- Manage complex escalation cases, such as clients’ complaints.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean Salesforce database of Private Clients.
- Responsible for documentation and refining renewal and sales processes internally and with Insurers/Partners.
- Responsible for establishing more leads by creating/fostering new/existing channels in consult with Marketing.
- Responsible for reviewing and designing new business strategies for the team and work with Marketing, Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty teams on opportunities across the business.
- Monitor performance of the Sales, Hybrid and Servicing teams, and adjust if necessary.
- Setting and managing the P&L for the Private Clients business to ensure annual revenue targets are achievable/achieved.
- Maintain knowledge of market and competitors’ activities and plans.
- Conduct staff performance reviews of direct reports.
- Leave approving officer for 6 direct reports and always ensure appropriate staffing.
- Involved in the hiring, interviews and onboarding for Private Client team members as and when necessary.

**Minimum Licensing Requirements**
- Singapore College of Insurance Certification (BCP, PGI & HI).
- Registered Financial Advisor (M5, M9).
