Our client is a leading Fintech which specialises in fund management activities.

We are searching for an Operations Analyst to join this fast-growing firm. In this role, you will work cross-functionally, including with leadership, to manage risk, compliance, and legal-related tasks.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Handling licensing-related matters, reporting, and notifications to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).
- Providing regular status updates and reports regarding all compliance, risk, and onboarding matters.
- Managing general AML/KYC-related compliance tasks, including conducting KYC/due diligence on outsourced and key third-party service providers.
- Risk analysis on the firm using the firm’s existing risk matrix.
- Reviewing corporate governance documents for all corporate entities.
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant regulatory updates.

**Essential skills and experience required**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated Fintech or Insurtech environment.
- Experience in either risk, compliance, or related treasury role
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as MAS regulations, AML, and KYC.
- Experience in onboarding investors and limited partners.
- A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to your work.
- Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
