**Description**:
Responsibilities of Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

- Affinity with resolving complex business or data issues.
- Able to handle large data sets and solve data quality issues
- Create Effective Data Visualisations and Design Tableau Dashboards
- Come up with ideas on how to improve our reporting channels and generation of insights
- Develop automation (if possible) on data management
- Set process changes to achieve improvement objectives
- Anticipation of results and have post mortem to evaluation points of improvement
- Develop synergy between both countries' resources (Australia and Malaysia).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
- Work closely with Singapore team stakeholders on ad hoc project initiatives.
- Research on opportunity gaps in other countries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent
- 1 year of Analyst experience is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge in Tableau and/or Power BI will be a bonus
- Knowledge in Python will be a bonus
