Job Description
**Position**:Value Creation Analys**t**

**Location: Singapore or Tokyo**

**Responsibilities/What You’ll Do**:

- Build customized Value Proposition (including ROI justification) for Zscaler prospects across the globe
- Leverage examples from one business case to the next for Reps (knowledge sharing / best practices)
- Responsiveness / SLAs to requests
- Ramp up Value Realization campaigns
- Build a credible relationship with sales teams by delivering high-quality value deliverables
- Contribute to the capability building initiatives by supporting value selling tool development efforts
- Ensure inputs and outputs are accurate, reasonable, and professional (Quality Control)

Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration/Engineering graduate
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Business Value Assessment/Value Management Office/Value Engineering experience is an advantage
- Security/networking landscape exposure is an advantage
- Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
- Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
