Singapore HOTEL MIRAMAR (SINGAPORE) LIMITED Full time

Familiar with hotel product knowledge and activities.
- Promote the Hotel’s products and services
- Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling.
- Comply with set rooms supply and price control.
- Ensure that all reservation information in correspondences and reservations system is accurate
- Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc.
- Always maintain a sales attitude, not losing any sales opportunity in the hotel.
- Processing and follow-up of all FIT and Group reservations.
- Communicates and process No-Show/Cancellation charge or refund.
- Determine guests’ needs and provide recommendation accordingly
- Maintain and update guests’ information and sales data by reservation procedures.
- Maintain high level guest service standards.
- Keep close attention to team members’ requirements, including attention to every team member’s workload and duties, to fulfil operation needs.
- Maintain clean and tidy work areas at all times.
- Comply with all company policies relating to reservations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Singaporeans only
- At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Opera PMS is preferred
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- 5 days work week (on rotating shifts & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays)
