Position summary statement
- To monitor, manage and assist the Front Office Manager I n managing in house reservations department.
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and control of in-house Reservations department.
- Checks and follow-up on traces on a daily basis.
- Ensure all booking information are accurately entered into the computer and filing of reservations correspondence are done systematically in the system prior to guest arrival.
- Track no show reservations and processes charges as needed.
- Process charges for pre-payment and cancellations fee.
- Process Pegasus Commision payout in timely and accurate manner.
- Handle group booking, including managing cut-off dates, passkey creation and blocking policies.
- Ensure all Siteminder Failure bookings are entered in the system promptly
- Work with Finance Team and Front Office team on all credit card and billing/payment dispute cases.
- To aid in the department’s administrative tasks and ad-hoc project processes.
- Schedule working time for Reservation staff. Direct and train staff in reservation operation
- Work closely with sales department on status of group reservations and any enquiries
- To maintain proper trace in the PMS for all guest request and comment to ensure the follow up
- Data Integrity standards - Duplicate profile and Suspension profiles
- Managements of TA extranets
- Seek for continuous improvement through observation of procedures & implementing changes needed
- Assumes other duties as assigned by FOM or Director of Revenue
- Keep FOM, RDM, DOS, & GM informed of all matters concerning Reservations Department.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
