**About The Role**

As a Data Analyst in ALPS, you will b **e based in one of the 27 public healthcare institutions (PHI) in Singapore**, you will be responsible for the procurement data analytics and robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse complex procurement datasets to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Developing comprehensive analytics frameworks to monitor and evaluate procurement performance metrics such as Savings, Spend and Turnaround Time.
- Design & implement automated reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into procurement KPIs, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on accurate, timely data.
- Identify automation opportunities within procurement workflows, design RPA solutions for data processing and KPI generation.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will require the employee to effectively balance diverse stakeholder needs while managing concurrent priorities.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree with experience in Data Science, Data Analytics or Statistic
- 3 years of hands-on experience in database, data processing & data mining (exposure to Procurement or Supply Chain analytics will be highly advantageous)
- Apply, or develop and implement, appropriate analytic tools and techniques to resolve data-scientific problems.
- Communicate findings & insights gained clearly using appropriate visualisation tools
- Able to work both independently and as a team player
- Meticulous with an eye for detail & committed to maintaining high data quality & process accuracy
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools - includes advanced Excel VBA capabilities and platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar visualization tools
- Excellent analytical skills to identify trends & ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
