We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with Data Engineering experience to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be conducting in-depth analysis of both structured and unstructured data sets to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights that drive business decisions and strategies. Additionally, you will create intuitive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate complex data analyses to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization.

Your expertise in data engineering will come into play as you design, implement, and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. You will also play a vital role in implementing rigorous data validation and cleansing procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data used for analysis and reporting.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their data requirements and deliver insights that align with their specific business objectives. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and engineering will be essential, as you will suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and overall performance.

We value data security and compliance, and you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring data security and privacy measures on our data platform. Your cross-functional collaboration with other teams will ensure successful project execution and alignment with overall business objectives.

Your operational support will be crucial in maintaining and supporting day-to-day operations on our data platform, including monitoring data pipelines, databases, and analytical processes to ensure smooth and continuous operation. You will promptly identify and resolve data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and data quality problems to ensure the reliability and performance of our data platform.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of working experience in data platforms, data analytics, or relevant projects. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, strong proficiency in data visualization tools, solid programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, SAS, or R, and prior experience as a Data Engineer are crucial attributes. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and data storage technologies will be advantageous. Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential. Certifications in data analytics and engineering tools are desirable.
