**Role Overview**:
As the Academy Program Lead on the Business HR Team, you are a strategic resource responsible for helping us build a future-ready workforce at Avanade. You will manage Academy learning projects through robust project and change management skills, tools and practices including partnerships with external vendors and local government agencies. By enabling SEA Talent Academies, you are helping to close supply-demand gaps from a capability and solution area lens by strengthening our abilities to build employee skills and abilities. The SEA Academy Program Lead coordinates specific process and delivery activities to ensure they executed efficiently and effectively.

Project/Change Management, Delivery Management, Data analysis (quantitative & qualitative) and Execution Excellence are key to your work. You work closely with various teams inside and outside of Avanade, including operational teams in Avanade’s ATC, colleagues across HR, Capability Leads, Procurement Leads and vendors, as well as the Global Learning team. You manage multiple projects at the same time. Attention to detail and an interest in strategic process design and employee experience are essential to help continue to elevate the employee experience.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:
**Day-to-day you will**:

- You will build and manage with colleagues from Business Operations, Capability, Talent Acquisition and Global Learning new and existing upskilling programs for external and internal talents.
- You will be collaborating with a large variety of stakeholders, so it is essential that you enjoy working with a variety of individuals and can build up strong business relationships.
- You will work with Regional, Area and Global Capability, Solution Area, and TC Leads to enhance global-regional interlock by translating high-level strategies into specific initiatives and activities for implementation.
- Act as a key point of contact (SME) within and outside of the team to ensure connection, integration of other relevant work streams, and offer a timely response to requests from our direct stakeholders inside and outside of Avanade.
- Create and manage individual and team presentations by curating content for presentations to diverse audiences.
- Manage stakeholder relationships/needs both internal and external to Avanade.
- Work independently and manage ambiguity, leveraging cross-team resources as needed.
- Collect, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business cases and inform next actions.

**Your technical and non-technical skills include**:

- Excellent communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project/program management, tracking and follow through with an emphasis on Change Management
- Highly proficient with MS Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and PowerBI
- Excellent organizational, process design and problem-solving skills
- Robust understanding of Delivery Management principles
- Strong stakeholders focus and consultative approach exhibiting a strong partnership mindset.
- Strong action-orientation and drive for results
- Passion for Strategic HR as a driver of business results

**Preferred Education Background**:
You likely possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced degree is preferred but not required.

**Preferred Years of Work Experience**:
You likely have 1-3 years of relevant experience.
