Reports To: SEA Operations Director

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Learning and Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for retail staff, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Training Programs: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and courses to improve the skills and knowledge of retail employees.

Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development within the retail workforce.

Performance Improvement: Work with country operations managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop targeted training solutions.

Compliance Training: Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Training Evaluation: Implement evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and impact to the SEA Operations Director.

collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and operations, to ensure training initiatives alias with overall business objectives.

Budget Management: Manage the budget for Chagee College, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Preferred Skills

Extensive experience in learning and development, particularly within the retail sector.

Strong knowledge of training principles, methods, and techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training software.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.

Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for training programs.
