**The role**
The Head of IT takes overall ownership & accountability of all IT resources, services & deliverables within Exeo Global and Declout group. At the group level, the incumbent will ensure business continuity with cost-effective operations of systems, security, network and processes in compliance to corporate guidelines.

**Key accountabilities**
- Develop and execute the strategy for the development and management of the IT infrastructure and systems in support of business objectives.
- Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and guidelines, including ensuring proper records documentation to support IT operation and asset inventory.
- Enforce and implement IT system procurement, methodology, policies & standards to ensure its relevancy and effectiveness.
- Oversees hardware maintenance, software support, network and remote backups, upgrades, and internet support.
- Establish partnership with the business process owner to improve the business process attributes that contribute to a positive internal customer experience.
- Responsible for the oversight, management, and training as it relates to users' desktops, management information systems, and enterprise networks.
- Continuously assess opportunities for improvement in IT products and processes, and harmonious key processes and requirements from ultimate parent in Japan.

**Skills & experience**
- Bachelor degree in computer science, Information Security or related field.
- At least 7-10 years of MIS experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable of various computer operating systems and interfaces.
- Excellent knowledge of IT security, technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and installation.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and a team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
