Overview Our client is looking for an IT Manager with a background in Consulting to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative IT projects and enhance systems that directly impact business success. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT management within consulting environments, demonstrating a robust ability to strategize, implement, and lead technology solutions that support business goals. Responsibilities Oversee the IT department, managing a team of IT professionals and setting departmental objectives. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company\'s business goals and objectives. Consult and collaborate with various department heads to assess and address their IT needs and challenges. Manage and execute IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats, including implementing robust cybersecurity measures and policies. Lead the digital transformation initiatives, promoting the adoption of new technologies that enhance productivity and efficiency. Manage the IT budget, making cost-effective decisions regarding IT expenditures. Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance when necessary. Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential benefits to the organization. Foster a positive work environment and support the professional development of IT staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a consulting firm. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects. Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
