**Job Description**:
The Operations (Retail & Merchandising) Executive is primarily responsible for providing managerial, communications and supervisory support in connection with critical workflows around retail store operations and related merchandising activities.
- Implementing key initiatives to enhance the competencies and operations of the salesforce, including the timely communication of pertinent/new product information
- Planning and making adjustments to retail store rosters to ensure adequate staffing
- Monitor and facilitate inventory management using business intelligence software
- Facilitate the smooth allocation of new stock arrivals to retail stores and the communication thereof to store ICs
- Taking preparatory steps to ensure retail store capacity adequately absorbs new stock allocation
- Communicate with retail-stores and monitor for proper implementation of directives issued by the Head Office, especially on issues around visual merchandising, sale & promotional activities, new product arrivals and marketing campaigns
- Facilitate the effective coordination of cross-functional activities among various head office teams that impact retail store operations
- Provide critical support to management in following-up on related operational tasks

**Key Requirements**
- The applicant should be task-oriented, with keen organisational abilities, and can work independently to meet operational deadlines.
- 2-3 years experience in merchandising, retail operations, or logistics is strongly preferred
- Diploma or degree in business, accounting, marketing, logistics or related disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel
- A background in basic accounting/finance is strongly desirable
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and relevant skill sets
